My main job is the smooth running of school. Dealing with staff, parents and children's concerns.

I feel my administrative abilities and decisions help improve the school environment and make it a fun place to work.

Given the many years of experience, I still feel I am learning new things everyday that challenge my abilities.

Q4) Do you feel you have done the best job that you can?

I feel I've put in my best to bring about positive changes, but there’s always room for improvement and growth.
