Q1) What is your main job, who do you administrate in this school?

It has been 25 years since I began my career as a teacher at Kids Kampus. Currently I'm serving as the Executive Principal of the school. My main involvements are with curriculum planning, teacher supervision, budgeting, and professional development of the staff.

Q2) Why did you decide to take this job?

I've always wanted to get involved in the field of Early Childhood Education. After securing a Masters Child Development I decided to immerse myself in this profession more seriously. As an educator i feel lucky to be working with preschoolers. Education is a shared experience; children learn from us, and we learn from them.

Q3) What do you think you have accomplished here as a principal

My journey from a teacher to an Executive Principal has been an en riching experience. Each day has been different, with new challenges and responsibilities around every corner.

Q4) Do you feel you have done the best job that you can?

I feel completely contented working here at Kids Kampus. The potential for growth here is phenomenal, as is the lovely working environment. Having been here for so many years i definitely feel i have affected positive changes in the institution as well as maintained consistency in the daily workings of the school
